Bristol Sinks reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your use of this Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by this Agreement as revised. For this reason, we encourage you to review this Agreement each time you use this Site. This Agreement was last revised on January 26, 2010.
Some of the functions of this Site may require creation of an account with us. As part of the registration process, visitors will select a User Name and Password, along with registration information, which must be accurate and updated. You may not select or use a User Name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person or use a User Name in which another person has rights without such person's authorization. Failure to comply with the above shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You agree to take reasonable measures to protect the security of your password.
You are responsible for all usage or activity on your account, including use of the account by any third party authorized by you to use your User Name and Password. You shall notify Bristol Sinks of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or any other relevant registration details provided.
THIS SITE CONTAINS INFORMATION CONCERNING BRISTOL SINKS THAT MAY BE USEFUL TO OUR CUSTOMERS, EMPLOYEES, AS WELL AS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. HOWEVER, BRISTOL SINKS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY OBLIGATION TO UPDATE SAID INFORMATION.
All Stainless Steel Sinks and Porcelain Sinks come with our Limited lifetime Warranty.
Strainers and all Accessories Have a One Year Warranty.
Delivery Time varies depending on location, number of items ordered and availability. Typical delivery from the time of ordering is 2 to 5 business days.
In case an item needs to be returned, so long as it is not the fault of Bristol Sinks, we will accept customer returns. The item will need to be returned at the customer’s expense and credit will be given so long as the item returned, inspected and is undamaged.Please let the office know before sending back.
Once an item is installed it is considered to be acceptable by the purchaser and no claim for damage may be made against Bristol Sinks. Should any fault occur after installation, please notify Bristol Sinks and review our warranty policy.
Damaged on Delivery
Please check the condition of items shipped carefully and notify Bristol Sinks immediately if damaged. Claims for damaged goods cannot be accepted if notification for damages is not reported within 48 Hours of Delivery.
